The European Microfinance Award 2026, co-organised by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs, e-MFP, and the InFiNe Network, will recognise institutions advancing climate resilience through inclusive finance. Theme: “Microfinance for Climate Resilience — Helping Vulnerable Communities Adapt and Thrive”.
Eligibility:
• Regulated MFI, fintech, NGO, cooperative, or fund
• Demonstrable climate resilience activity in last 24 months
• Operating in any country (not EU-restricted)
Prize: €100,000 + visibility package + ceremony at European Microfinance Week (Luxembourg, 18-20 November 2026).
Applications must be submitted by 15 September 2026 via the e-MFP portal.
